Nancy C Juneau, CEO – Juneau Construction Company

While working with Charles on 24 projects over the past 11 years, he has always been extremely professional and dedicated while illustrating the utmost integrity.

Tamara Carrera, Executive Director – Community Assistance Center

The challenges faced by leaders of smaller nonprofit organizations to manage property effectively are no different than those faced by large organizations. Having an expert that can manage the property as a part-time consultant is the perfect solution.

Charles Crosby has been providing this service to Community Assistance Center. He brings many years of experience in the field and a work ethic that assures great results. Under his watch, signage projects and several renovations have been completed, and he has recommended a schedule of maintenance projects to keep the value, safety and efficiency of the building. As CAC’s director, having him as a consultant gives me the peace of mind that a project will get done according to specifications, at the least cost, on budget, and on time.

Jim Winer, Principal – Make3 architecture / planning / design

I had the pleasure of working closely with Charles on the new North Avenue Apartments Dining Hall at Georgia Tech. Charles was leading the pre-construction scheduling, subcontractor vetting and procurement, site logistics planning, and estimating effort on behalf of Juneau Construction Company. The project was very complex involving a tight urban site, a rapid schedule, complex permitting, an ambitious dining program with major equipment requirements, and a large addition to an occupied student housing complex. Charles was calm, thoughtful, methodical, tireless, enjoyable to work with, and very detailed in all of his pre-construction work. The project was delivered on time and on budget. Charles made significant contributions to the project on the front end that helped set the team up for success. Charles is a person of integrity and I would enjoy working with him again.

W.J. Blane – Board of Directors, Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers

Charles, through his work ethic and dedication to the client, has proven to be very capable and competent in the management of design and construction as a project manager and construction manager. His very distinguishing characteristic is his compassion for understanding his clients’ needs, solving their problems, and adding value while always acting in their best interest. This approach, in my opinion, sets Charles apart from other similar service providers in the industry, and I highly recommend him for any project management, construction management, or owner’s representative assignments or responsibilities.

Kevin Grass, Principal – Noble Investment Group, LLC

During the construction of the Lodge and Spa at Callaway Gardens I could always count on Charles Crosby to understand the Owner’s best interest in finding ways to resolve the various design and construction issues.

Michael Kimsey, Executive Director – Hopeworks

Charles Crosby has been a life saver for our organization. RSM is a small non-profit that provides free construction services for low-income seniors. We could only afford a part-time operations manager but needed a highly skilled person for the job. Charles stepped right in and helped organize our operations. He also assisted me with numerous projects that needed a higher level of analytical skills. He is able to take on any project I send his way and work with me to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. I appreciate his attention to detail and his follow-through.

Elaine Draeger, Executive Director – Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers

I had the pleasure of working with Charles Crosby on eight projects over a span of six years. Each time he delivered a quality product, on time, and under budget. I would call him for project number nine knowing that we would get the same results. He makes taking on new projects a joy!
