I had the pleasure of working closely with Charles on the new North Avenue Apartments Dining Hall at Georgia Tech. Charles was leading the pre-construction scheduling, subcontractor vetting and procurement, site logistics planning, and estimating effort on behalf of Juneau Construction Company. The project was very complex involving a tight urban site, a rapid schedule, complex permitting, an ambitious dining program with major equipment requirements, and a large addition to an occupied student housing complex. Charles was calm, thoughtful, methodical, tireless, enjoyable to work with, and very detailed in all of his pre-construction work. The project was delivered on time and on budget. Charles made significant contributions to the project on the front end that helped set the team up for success. Charles is a person of integrity and I would enjoy working with him again.

Charles, through his work ethic and dedication to the client, has proven to be very capable and competent in the management of design and construction as a project manager and construction manager. His very distinguishing characteristic is his compassion for understanding his clients’ needs, solving their problems, and adding value while always acting in their best interest. Charles Crosby has been a life saver for our organization. RSM is a small non-profit that provides free construction services for low-income seniors. We could only afford a part-time operations manager but needed a highly skilled person for the job. Charles stepped right in and helped organize our operations.
